We began accumulating assets in 2018 and continue to add to our cash-generating portfolio. We exercise our freedom to invest throughout the capital structure without a specific mandate, targeting assets across the risk spectrum, from core assets with stable cashflow to opportunistic assets in distress and requiring a more rigorous and creative approach. In our direct investment portfolio, we invest without the intention to sell, therefore being able to invest with our preferred holding period: forever.

We are actively seeking real estate joint ventures with developers and investors for our direct investment portfolio.

We are currently fundraising for our second investment vehicle and first ‘fund’ structure, Hawthorn Residential Fund LP. Our Fund targets core-plus and value-add residential assets in the North-West, North-East and Midlands of the UK. The Fund follows the same strategy as our first capital raise, Hawthorn Property Syndicate Ltd, which is now fully allocated.
